Dental Care Designed Around You
As we age, dental needs change — sensitivity, dry mouth, missing teeth, and bone density can all shift the kind of care that works best. We take the time to understand what's changed for you and build a plan around it, not a one-size-fits-all routine.
CDCP Accepted
We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and offer direct billing to most insurance providers, so cost doesn't have to be a barrier to getting the care you need.
A Comfortable, Accessible Clinic
Our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible, and patients who prefer to stay in their wheelchair during treatment are welcome to do so comfortably. With a smaller, two-chair clinic, you'll never feel rushed or lost in a crowded waiting room.
Common Concerns We Help With
Whether it's a denture that needs adjusting, a missing tooth, gum sensitivity, or just getting back on track after a gap between dental visits, we'll walk through your options honestly — including what's necessary now and what can wait.
No Pressure, Just Honest Care
We're not in the business of pushing treatment plans you don't need. Dr. Andrews will give you a clear, honest assessment and let you decide what's right for you.

frequently asked questions
Are you accepting new patients in Sidney?
Yes, we're currently welcoming new patients at our Sidney, BC dental clinic. You can book online or call our office to get started.
How often should I get my teeth professionally cleaned?
Many patients benefit from a professional cleaning at least every six months, though many more people with gum disease, a higher risk of cavities, or simply a faster rate of tartar buildup may need visits every three to four months. Often as we age, our mouths become dryer, which leads to higher rate of cavities and tartat buildup. Our dental hygienists in Sidney can recommend a schedule based on your specific oral health.
Who is mobile dentistry for?
Our mobile dentistry service is designed for seniors, patients with mobility challenges, and anyone unable to travel to a traditional dental office — we bring the equipment and care to you.
What's the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning?
The honest answer is that there really isn't a difference between the two. Our experienced hygienists ensure that you receive a thorough cleaning, whether the tartar is built up above the gumline or below. "Deep Cleaning" is a bit of a buzzword and sometimes refers to when the hygienist uses manual tools to scrape the tartar off the root surface of a tooth. Wherever the tartar is stuck, it is necessary to remove.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Yes, we direct bill most major insurance providers, so you typically only pay the portion not covered by your plan.
What should I bring to my first appointment as a new patient?
Please bring your dental insurance information and a list of any medications you're currently taking.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
Yes, we accept CDCP and offer direct billing for eligible patients, so you won't need to pay upfront and claim it back yourself.
Do you see emergency dental patients?
We do our best to accommodate urgent dental issues — call our office directly and let us know you're dealing with a dental emergency so we can find you the earliest available appointment.
